Properties: Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetates- Maleic Acid Copolymer is a kind of thermoplastic resin with carboxyl group, therefore, it features good adhesions to aluminum foil, also features excellent adhesions to PVC products, paper, fibers, glasses, bricks and cement, wood etc. materials. The product is easy to be dissolved in ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone and isophorone; also can be dissolved in ester solvents such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butyl aerate, DOP, DBP etc. The product is compatible with PVC, Epoxy resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, and polyesters. This product is non-toxic, odorless, and nonflammable. It is not affected by acid, base, salt, alcohol, oil, and ester at room temperature with good chemical stability and water, salty mist resistances. Application: 1. UMCH, mainly used as primer for golden and silver card papers; varnish and inks; medical use aluminum foils coatings, galvanized tin coating; spraying paint for plastic case of electrics, toys; metal (ship) anti-corrosive coatings and adhesives for pneumatic gun nails. 2. MC39 has 25% of vinyl acetates content, very low polymerization degree, therefore, it can be applied in coating and inks, also, can be used in golden or silver color pastes. 3. JA mainly used as adhesives for gun nail. 4. JB mainly is combined with JA to be used as adhesives for gun nail, also can be applied in golden color ironing paper or foil as hot melt adhesives.
